WASHINGTON 鈥� The 51品茶 announced today the appointment of Kriston Alford McIntosh as the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer of the 51品茶.

Romero

McIntosh joined the 51品茶 in 2022 in the role of deputy chief communications officer, bringing a remarkable breadth of experience in the nonprofit sector, corporate communications, and government service to the organization. As chief communications and marketing officer, McIntosh will oversee the organization鈥檚 brand studio, media relations, marketing channels, digital engagement, internal communications, and external engagement strategy functions.

Prior to joining the 51品茶, Kriston was the managing director of the Hamilton Project at the Brookings Institution, having also served at the United Nations Foundation. In the private sector, she served as a managing director at Hamilton Place Strategies and as a senior vice president for Edelman Public Relations. In government, Kriston was the staff director of the U.S. Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee and worked in policy and communications positions for Congressman John Lewis and Congressman John Conyers.

A graduate of Ohio University鈥檚 E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, McIntosh served as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University鈥檚 master of professional studies in public relations and corporate communications program. She is based in the 51品茶鈥檚 Washington, D.C. office.
